50cc scooters have an engine capacity that classifies them as small motorcycles or mopeds at the limit between the vehicle category and moped classes. Regulations differ in many countries of the world, when it comes to the right to drive 50cc scooters with or without a driving license and common laws are seldom made. For example, in some EU countries you can ride such motorcycles without a driving license. The exceptions are France and Italy, where you need a car driving license to drive vehicles up to 125cc. There is quite a high level of legal ambiguity for the definition and classification of scooters.

There are many Italian car brands, though only a few truly stand out, and one of them is Alfa Romeo, a car company founded over one century ago by Italian aristocrat Cavaliere Ugo Stella. He wanted to build standard and race cars according to his specifications, and with this goal in mind he led his company and quickly won many races with Alfa Romeo cars. You know, one time I had the feeling I needed a holiday and I needed it right now. Impulsive, I know, but that is who I am. Who knows, maybe you had that sometimes yourself. You just need a break and if you love to drive your motorbike (like me) then you just need to feel the wind in your face. So I got on my bike with my wife (we both drive a vintage Harley Davidson) and after I packed some stuff we got up and drove away.
